Description

Cannabicylic Acid (CBLA) is a rare case of phytocannabinoid acid that does not come directly from Cannabigerolic Acid (CBGA) but from Cannabicromic Acid (CBCA). The CBCA naturally found in the plant begins to oxidize after harvest and progressively turns into CBLA.

Cannabic acid or CBLA is found in very small amounts in fresh cannabis, however this proportion increases over time in cured or stored cannabis, and thus in extracts made from this plant material.
